BCM Mission Trip Agreement

I want to serve God through participation in the chosen mission trip experience. I am willing to attend training/planning sessions prior to the trip, regularly pray for everyone involved, participate fully in every aspect of the experience, and adhere to all guidelines. I understand that upon approval for the trip, I am responsible for my deposit and inevitably the full cost of my trip (which will be raised by me and the rest of the mission team). At the end of fundraising, if the money raised is not enough to cover the trip, I will be responsible for paying the necessary difference.
